System™, Sofia guides users through the ARC of Healing Trauma Care program at a personalized pace, while providing empathetic support, managing crises, and delivering comprehensive care summaries to the clinical team. Sofia ensures a 360-degree view of patient care, enhancing both safety and therapeutic outcomes.


The Sentur Recovery Crisis Protocol is designed to ensure the safety and well-being of users by providing a structured response to potential crisis situations. Sofia continuously monitors interactions for signs of distress, such as mentions of self-harm, suicide, or harm to others. Upon detecting these indicators, Sofia shifts to crisis response mode, acknowledging the user’s feelings with empathy and conducting a risk assessment to determine the severity of the situation. Depending on the risk level, Sofia either offers supportive dialogue and resources or escalates the situation by advising the user to contact emergency services. Throughout the process, Sofia ensures transparency by informing the user of the actions being taken and seeking their consent.
